Covers

Ninjak is a pretty big character in Valiant Universe and therefore was selected to be the 3rd origin story for this 6-piece collection.
Following Bloodshot and X-O Manowar, this book also features a stunning foil card stock cover to mimic the original chromium wraparound covers. There’s also some fancy textures applied to the card stock, further enhancing the covers that are already full of actions! Here are couple of close-ups:

Cover highlights worth noting are:
- Title in traditional Chinese reads: 機動忍者, can be literally translated as “Tactical Ninja”:

- The publishers’ brand emblems also have emboss treatment:

Personally, I would rate this cover the 3rd best among the six, following X-O Manowar and Shadowman.
Story
Identical story pages to the US edition, all translated to Chinese.

Extras
We have a character and villain profiles right at the start of the book:

Then we have something really interesting, a Valiant history article from the local editor from Hong Kong. It features some background story of Dell Comics and Gold Key Comics, and all the way up to how Jim Shooter co-founded Valiant Comics:

Trivia
This book is a reprint from Ninjak (1994 series) #1, the Hong Kong edition issue number matches the US edition so no confusion here like what we had for the #0 (zero issue) books.
